Noelle and Rich are just a great couple. I love their very relaxed, “whatever happens” demeanor. That’s something that I noticed from the first time I met them, something else that I noticed was their great sense of humor. I guess because of these qualities we were drawn together, and it makes sense that (as I discovered as I got to know them better) we have several friends in common.
Noelle and Rich held their wedding at Artisan Works in Rochester. Artisan Works is great for weddings because you can create some wonderful photographs there, I’m always finding something new. I feel like they chose perfectly because the space fit their personalities so well. Something else you should know about Noelle and Rich is that they like wine and beer. Not only do they like it, but they make some damn good wine and beer. They supplied 4 different types of homemade beer for the wedding, including the best ginger beer I have had.
Before the ceremony I met them at the Hyatt Regency Rochester for some first look photos. Noelle looked amazing. Scott Miller Salon and Noelle’s friend Nichole did a great job with hair and makeup, matching it to the style of Noelle’s dress. Rich cleaned up pretty well 🙂 and his smile and laugh is so great, as you will see looking through these photos. After that we headed to Corn Hill for wedding party portraits, then off to the ceremony where they spent the rest of the night partying with their friends and family.
I am very happy that Noelle and Rich chose me to spend their day with them. It has led to the start of a good friendship, kicked off by Rich baking a whole fish for my wife and I. Thank you guys!
