One of my favorite bands that play in Rochester is the Ruddy Well Band. I discovered them last year while taking photographs for the Rochester Fringe Festival. I started following them and went to a few of their shows. Then I asked them to play at my wedding.
They are a mix of folk, bluegrass and country; they would probably add some other descriptors. The band plays some covers, but it’s mostly their own music and it’s awesome. They have released a few albums. It’s always a good time seeing them, I can’t until they play my first dance.
